As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Scheduling, preparation, and follow-up of appointments
- Managing correspondence independently as well as by keyword and dictation if needed
- Coordination and liaison between management and department as well as division heads
- Supporting management in various projects
- Preparation and planning of trips, including chauffeur scheduling
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails
- Ensuring workflows and general office organization
- Successful completion of hotel management or a comparable commercial training
- Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally Oracle Opera Cloud
- Linguistic skills and empathy for customer concerns
- High social competence and teamwork skills with assertiveness and discretion
- Very secure language skills in German and English
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with confident appearance
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Absolute service orientation, high reliability and resilience as well as careful working methods
