We are looking for a
Head of Agogics and Quality Management 60-80%
(This position can also be divided into job sharing with process responsibility/documentation and agogic, conceptual tasks)
These are your tasks
- Responsibility for ongoing quality development, including digitalization, according to the guidelines of the Board of Trustees, the specialist committee, and the responsible authorities
- Development and review of conceptual and operational foundations, especially for client support, in close cooperation with the area and site management
- Ensuring the further training of employees in quality-relevant topics
- Application support ELIZA
- Responsibility for operational quality assurance (QMS documentation, conducting internal audits, coordinating external audits, reporting office, measures management, process review, risk management)
- Professional leadership of internal specialist departments
What you bring with you
- FH/HF education in social pedagogy/social work/psychiatry, pedagogy or educational sciences is mandatory
- Further training and experience in QM and project management
- Administrative, organizational and planning skills
- Observation, reflection and empathy skills, high empathy
- Ability to accept criticism and reach consensus
- Target group-appropriate oral and written communication skills
