Your tasks
- You have partial responsibility for an FM mandate
- Support the customer with questions about Facility Management
- You are the contact person for the customer on site and the interface for communication between the customer and operations
- You share responsibility for the preparation of all budgets in the account (P&L responsibility), support the tracking of ongoing costs, and ensure a continuous expansion of the service portfolio
- You maintain the existing customer relationship and further develop the customer in terms of a partnership
- You are responsible for compliance with our quality assurance and prepare all reporting
Your profile
- Commercial training and/or further education in the field of Facility Management
- Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written; any additional language is an advantage
- Very good PC skills (Office suite, ticketing tool)
- You have a high willingness to learn with a quick grasp and flexibility
- You are a team player with a strong service orientation and customer focus
- You keep an overview even in hectic phases, like to take initiative, and act proactively
- Strong communication skills as well as high customer and service orientation combined with problem-solving competence
- You maintain an independent and efficient working style, are quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and think ahead
