- Assembling sophisticated mechanical and optical assemblies and systems
- Measuring and adjusting components and assemblies
- Participation in the prototype phase (development projects) as well as in series production
- Cleanliness and quality control, packaging of components and assemblies
- Working under cleanroom conditions (face mask, overall, gloves)
- Completed basic training as a precision optics technician, precision mechanic, polymechanic, or similar training
- Professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in optics
- Ideally, solid experience working in a cleanroom
- Enjoyment of precise work and good manual skills (e.g., experience as a watchmaker, optician, or in the dental field)
- Organized and structured working style as well as a pronounced quality awareness
- Resilient, independent, and communicative personality with strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to work shifts (early/late)
- German spoken and written, English is an advantage
