Your tasks
Administration (approx. 50%)
- Support in all commercial matters
- Administrative activities (reception, telephone, mail)
- Ensuring CI/CD
- Contact point for employees and customers
Human Resources (approx. 50%)
- Conducting applicant management
- Planning and accompanying the recruitment of new employees
- Development and implementation of personnel development measures
- Supporting a positive, appreciative and learning-promoting work culture
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, further education in HR (e.g. HR specialist certificate) is an advantage
- Experience in at least one of the two specialist areas (administration or HR); ideally knowledge in both
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Confidence in writing for different target groups (internal and external)
- Structured, independent and service-oriented way of working
- Social competence and team spirit
