Together, we act as the hub for all building applications concerning building construction and are the contact persons for private individuals, architects, and specialist planners. You check the submitted documents for legal correctness with a focus on urban integration and architectural quality and coordinate the assessments by various offices and specialist departments.

As an architect with a completed university degree, you have several years of professional experience with a focus on urban planning, design, and execution planning. In addition, you bring responsibility and an independent, structured way of working and are skilled in dealing with private individuals, architects, and specialist planners.
