Your Tasks
- Repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, devices, and equipment
- Participation in ensuring, introducing, and further developing modern building technology
- Support in the operation and maintenance of our buildings and technical systems
- Supervision and coordination of third-party companies as well as participation in internal projects
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with various departments
- Administrative tasks in the maintenance program as well as work with control systems, alarm, and locking systems
- Processing of request tickets
- On-call duty every 6-7 weeks (standby service)
Your Profile
- Certificate as an electrical installer EFZ
- Ideally experience in operational maintenance
- Driver's license category B
- Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
