Your Tasks
Taking care of people with dementia is a rewarding challenge for you. During the night, you ensure a high standard of care and nursing quality for the residents together with two nursing assistants. Your main tasks include monitoring and carrying out the nightly care processes, administering prescribed medications, as well as other medical and administrative duties.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Experience in long-term care
- Experience in dealing with people with dementia
- Independence and initiative
- Flexibility and resilience
- Communication skills
