To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Your tasks:
- You develop processes for production workflows for new batteries and set them up
- You optimize processes of existing products
- You evaluate new manufacturing methods
- You support the project managers
- You validate processes and conduct internal tests
- You handle customer complaints
Your skills:
- You have a degree as an engineer (FH/HF, e.g. mechanical engineering, development, operations, electrical, materials, process engineering)
- You ideally already have practical experience in process development in the industrial sector as well as working according to company processes
- You have very good technical understanding and manual skills
- You communicate openly and enjoy working in a team
- You can communicate confidently in German and English
- Your working method is structured, analytical, and clean
- You like to take responsibility and ensure compliance with quality requirements
