- Independent management of the entremetier station
- You work closely with the kitchen team and support other stations depending on the situation.
- You produce and prepare all dishes at your station
- You are responsible for order and cleanliness at the workplace
- Ensuring our quality and hygiene standards (HACCP guidelines)
Your profile
- Completed training as a cook EFZ
- Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience
- Cooking is your passion
- You enjoy working with regional products
- You place great value on a clean working method and hygiene
- Cost-conscious work as well as proper handling of food and products is a matter of course for you
- You are familiar with the professional handling of equipment and their safety regulations
- You can communicate well in German
- You are happy to support your colleagues with advice and assistance - you are a real team player!
- During peak times, you keep a cool head and do not lose overview
