Your tasks
- Accompanying residents in their self-determination, independence, and participation
- Support with nursing and medical actions and household activities
- Outpatient accompaniment in private apartments (assisted living)
- Irregular working hours and weekend services and occasional night standby duties
- Further development of accompaniment quality in the team
- Participation in work and project groups
Your profile
- Completed training as a specialist in care (FaBe MmB EFZ), social pedagogue, or comparable qualification
- Experience in accompanying people with disabilities
- Responsible, flexible, and resilient personality
- Enjoyment in co-designing and developing participation
- Reliable and structured way of working
- Ability to engage with and adapt to different situations
- Enthusiasm for new things, supporting and shaping changes
