We are looking for a Procurement Expert to strengthen our expertise in strategic and operational purchasing at Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions. Digital Solutions drives the digital transformation within Endress+Hauser and supports our customers and colleagues worldwide with intelligent, connected solutions that make processes more efficient and sustainable.

In this role, you have the opportunity to actively shape procurement processes and create sustainable added value. As part of Digital Solutions in Reinach, you take on a central role in designing purchasing processes and ensure smooth collaboration between development, product management, and supply chain. You work closely with international contacts and drive strategic initiatives that strengthen our supplier base and secure the best results for our company and our customers.

What tasks will you take on?
You will:

• Take responsibility for developing and implementing strategic procurement concepts
• Bear comprehensive operational responsibility for the entire procurement process
• Build, maintain, and further develop our supplier network
• Negotiate, design, and strategically align supplier contracts in line with company goals
• Ensure compliance with internal purchasing guidelines and processes
• Act as an interface between development, product management, and supply chain
• Lead strategic projects in purchasing and supply chain

What do we expect from you?
You:

• Have a completed degree with a focus on strategic purchasing or supply chain management
• Bring at least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally in a digital environment
• Have experience working with international suppliers as well as in supplier qualification
• Possess solid knowledge in contract design and contract negotiations with suppliers
• Have pronounced organizational skills to handle multiple tasks promptly and efficiently
• Convince with strong communication skills, social competence, team spirit, and assertiveness
• Are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written, at a very good level
