Your main tasks
- Personnel, professional and organizational management of the Consulting department at the Amriswil location. Direct leadership of two team leaders and responsibility for around 17 personnel consultants.
- Coordination of all tasks in the Consulting department with other departments represented at the location
- Close cooperation with other site managements to further develop personnel consulting and harmonize processes
- Ensuring the implementation of AVIG and results-oriented consulting
- Ensuring transparent information flow
- Active participation and shaping in the management committee of RAV Thurgau
- Project management as well as participation in cantonal and national projects
We expect from you
- Several years of leadership experience as a team leader or in a higher management position, ideally in the environment of RAV or labor integration
- Convincing leadership and social skills as well as pronounced communication skills
- Appreciative, empathetic and reflective leadership attitude
- Advanced professional training
- Experience in strategic and conceptual work
- Enjoyment in promoting innovation, digitalization and inter-institutional cooperation
- High team orientation as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking
