To complement our executive board, we are looking for a committed individual as of January 1, 2026, or by arrangement for the position of
Head of Housing / Member of the Executive Board (80-100%)
In this role, you are responsible, in collaboration with the executive board members,
team leaders, and around 90 dedicated professionals (58 full-time positions), for the entrepreneurial, personnel, and professional management of the Housing area, the external residential groups, and the day structure "Atelier".
Your tasks include
Overall responsibility for the leadership and organization of the Housing area
Promoting a appreciative and solution-oriented leadership culture as well as staff development
Ensuring a high-quality and needs-based offering for our
residents
"Driver" for the conceptual and strategic orientation
Responsibility for budget, controlling, and quality management
Representation of the Housing area internally and externally
Your profile
University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work or related fields, supplemented by business and/or leadership training
Proven leadership experience in a comparable position as well as enthusiasm for personnel management and corporate development
Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational talent, and high resilience
A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and high social competence
You are proficient in handling IT systems and the MS Office suite
