You are our business card in the Limmattal! For our branches in Dietikon, Schlieren, and Zurich-Altstetten, we are looking for a new team member.
In this role, you are in direct and active contact with our customers. As a customer advisor, you are the first point of contact for our clientele and can deepen your consulting experience and acquire additional skills.
Your Tasks
- Advising private customers in the areas of numbers (account and card range), saving, investing, and retirement planning
- Accompanying customers into the digital world
- Identifying and communicating further customer needs
- Acquiring new customers, recognizing and exploiting potential
- Handling cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions
- Managing ATMs
- Providing support in other teams if needed
Your Profile
- Commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent education
- Several years of experience in consulting and selling basic financial products
- Enjoyment of active customer consulting
- Affinity for digital channels
- Communicative and team-oriented
- High acquisition, sales, and service orientation
- Flexibility and willingness to cover for other locations
