HR Service Partner (m/f/d) 40%

• Support for HR Business Partners as well as HR management in the administrative handling of all HR processes such as entry, exit, contract changes including all correspondence
• Advising supervisors and employees on all personnel matters
• Creation and publication of job advertisements, processing incoming applications as well as conducting initial clarifications
• Creation of references and various certificates using the HR tool Swiss+
• Collaboration as a practical trainer for our commercial apprentices. You assist during their training, impart practical knowledge and support with onboarding. You also help with recruitment
• Maintenance and management of the electronic personnel file
• Assistance in the further development and optimization of existing HR processes
• Absence management: uploading and managing medical certificates in our UKA tool

To successfully master this varied task, you bring a commercial basic education as well as further training as an HR clerk and have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position. You enjoy administrative activities and are open to process optimization tasks. In addition, you have very good knowledge of MS Office, user knowledge of SAP HCM, and are IT-savvy. Ideally, you also have experience as a practical trainer for commercial apprentices. We are looking for a winning, service-oriented, and personable colleague with confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as an independent, precise, and punctual working style.
