At Hypi, we train 23 young talents in five exciting and demanding professional fields:
- Commercial Apprentices EFZ
- ICT Specialists EFZ
- Mediamatics EFZ
- Computer Science EFZ, Platform Development Specialization
- Computer Science EFZ, Application Development Specialization
Due to a redistribution of tasks within our dedicated HR team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced personality who will accompany our apprentices with passion, organizational talent, and pedagogical skills on their journey.
Your Tasks
- You support and accompany our apprentices during their training period
- You organize and coordinate the training programs of our apprenticeships in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- You work closely with the practical trainers of the specialist departments and conduct training and further education
- You recruit new apprentices and conduct selection procedures as well as information events and represent Hypi at various internal and external events
- You take care of all personnel administrative matters of the apprentices and occasionally take on administrative tasks in the HR Services team
- Participation in HR projects
What You Bring
- Ideally several years of experience in supervising, training, or leading apprentices or young professionals
- High social competence, empathy, and enjoyment in working with young people
- Organizational talent, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility
- Enthusiasm for the digital and commercial world as well as interest in the further development of modern training concepts
