About the job

Over 10 event rooms | approx. 180 events per year & YOU!

• Planning, setup and execution of seminars, ski weekends, yoga retreats and birthday events
• Customer support before, during and after the event
• Order processing from inquiry, through the offer to invoicing
• Control of order, cleanliness and hygiene before, during and after an event
• All administrative tasks
• Occasional support in the service area in connection with events

• Professional experience in event & event administration in upscale hospitality
• Ideally experience with the hotel software Protel
• PC skills (MS Office)
• Warmth, confident appearance and polished manners
• High level of responsibility, organizational talent and loyalty
• Committed and independent as well as team-oriented working style
• Confident correspondence (German & English | any additional languages are an advantage)
• Creativity should not be a foreign word - WE are open to new things
