Our institution has developed over time into a modern center for special education, which covers today's needs in the special and social pedagogical field with a diverse range of services. Around 240 people work in the areas of special school, boarding school, therapy, services, and administration.

For a special school class with 7–9 children in the behavioral area, we are looking for a committed social pedagogue as of August 1, 2026, who enjoys designing learning individually and taking responsibility together in a team.

• Individual support of a heterogeneous group of children
• Creative, resource-oriented lesson planning in collaboration with the teacher
• Close cooperation in the interdisciplinary support team
• Independent organization of individual and group support and class administration
• Active participation in projects, camps, and special events

• Experience or interest in the special education field
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or willingness to further educate accordingly
• Knowledge of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) or interest in it

• A committed, flexible, and solution-oriented personality
• Basic IT skills
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
