- Shift time window for half early shift between 06:45 – 12:00 and/or
- Shift time window for half late shift between 16:45 – 22:00 (no night shifts)

What defines you
- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
- Your passion is to care for and accompany people in their familiar environment
- Independent and flexible working style as well as experienced handling of PC and tablet, experience with Perigon desired
- Appreciative communication culture and ability to work in a team
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Driver's license category B or willingness to ride an e-bike in any weather
- Spitex experience is a plus
