About the job
What you can achieve
- Project management of the Indirect Procurement Switzerland transformation – from structuring through planning to successful implementation.
- Responsibility for the introduction of new standards, tools, and process optimizations within the procurement of indirect goods and services.
- Management of complex procurement projects including tenders, award procedures, and negotiations at national and international levels.
- Control of project teams, stakeholder management, and ensuring professional, transparent communication throughout the project duration.
- Responsibility for selected product groups / category management.
- Close collaboration within the existing procurement team and with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Active strengthening of a modern, collaborative, and solution-oriented procurement culture.
What you bring with you
- Proven experience in leading transformation, strategy, or procurement projects.
- Completed studies at HF / FH / University level, ideally in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, operations management, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as excellent stakeholder management.
- Solid process and methodological knowledge in modern procurement (including eProcurement, S2C, P2P).
- Convincing communication and presentation skills at all hierarchical levels.
- Structured, independent working style and a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset.
