Metalworker – Workshop Manager (High Level of Responsibility)
Activities
- You manage the entire workshop operation and ensure a smooth
- process from planning to implementation
- You lead, motivate and develop a team of specialists and apprentices
- As the interface to project management and assembly, you coordinate resources,
- machines and schedules
- Optionally, you also take on responsibility as assembly manager and accompany
- projects until completion
- You ensure the highest quality, safe processes and efficient workflows
Requirements
- Training as a metalworker EFZ, ideally with further training as workshop or
- assembly manager (or planned)
- First leadership experience and enjoyment in achieving success together
- Independent, reliable working style with a hands-on mentality
- Forklift license and driving license category B
