The Department of Women, Children and Adolescents is tasked with providing quality care tailored to the needs of women at every stage of their lives and addressing the health issues faced by newborns, children, and adolescents from birth up to 20 years old. With nearly 2,000 employees, the DFEA continuously develops cutting-edge services and centers of expertise in several medical specialties.
The team of the Outpatient Consultation for Adolescent and Young Adult Health (CASAA), attached to the general pediatrics service, addresses specific adolescent situations requiring medical care. CASAA brings together several specialties in a comprehensive approach that integrates somatic, sexual, and mental health. Focused on the needs of each young person, this vision goes beyond skill silos and streamlines the care pathway. The CASAA team receives young people aged 12 to 20 for an initial medical appointment and then supports them according to their needs up to 25 years old, notably to facilitate their transition to adult care. This consultation is dedicated to inclusivity and diversity and welcomes all young people regardless of their origin, language, culture, social status, religion, gender identity, and sexual or affective orientations.

You are the medical-psychological referent within a multidisciplinary team, with a clinical field role and care coordination responsibilities.
You work closely with the socio-educational network outside, in a rich and varied activity.
Qualifications
You hold an FMH (child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, or adult psychiatry and psychotherapy) or have training deemed equivalent by the Medical Professions Commission of the Federal Office of Public Health (MEBEKO).
You have the right to practice in the canton of Geneva or are able to obtain it before your start date.
You have at least 3 years of experience in the field, including working with young people (12-25 years).
You are autonomous, flexible, and committed, and skills in transcultural approach and/or psychotrauma are desired.
You possess excellent communication skills within a multidisciplinary team and with patients.
