In this responsible role, you manage demanding projects throughout the entire construction process – from development to execution – and ensure the consistent implementation of strategic and project-specific goals.

Your tasks

• You accompany, manage, and supervise our construction, renovation, and art projects from development to warranty acceptance.
• You lead and coordinate the general planner team, total contractors, and architects and take over all necessary contract negotiations.
• You lead development projects and accompany quality-assuring procedures such as competitive procedures or test planning.
• You are responsible for construction-side controlling and ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and quality requirements as well as subsidy applications.
• You prepare reporting for the construction committee, management, and board of directors.
• You plan and are responsible for communication with residents and authorities (e.g., information events, tenant meetings).
• You are the internal contact person for all construction-related questions.

Your profile

• You have a university degree (ETH/FH) in the construction field.
• You bring at least 6 years of proven experience in planning, realization, and project management of large and complex construction projects and renovations on the client side.
• You have very good communication skills and pronounced negotiation skills.
• You think entrepreneurially, are numerically inclined, and convince with your demeanor towards planners, architects, authorities, and specialists.
• You enjoy cross-departmental collaboration and bring high social competence.
