Do you want to not only accompany complex construction and renovation projects but also lead them to success with competence, foresight, and leadership strength? Then you are exactly right with us. In this responsible role, you manage demanding projects throughout the entire construction process – from development to execution – and ensure the consistent implementation of strategic and project-specific goals.
Your tasks
- You accompany, manage, and supervise our construction, renovation, and art projects from development to warranty acceptance.
- You lead and coordinate the general planner team, total contractors, and architects and take over all necessary contract negotiations.
- You lead development projects and accompany quality-assuring procedures such as competitive procedures or test planning.
- You are responsible for construction-side controlling and ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and quality requirements as well as subsidy applications.
- You prepare reporting for the construction committee, management, and board of directors.
- You plan and are responsible for communication with residents and authorities (e.g., information events, tenant meetings).
- You are the internal contact person for all construction-related questions.
Your profile
- You have a university degree (ETH/FH) in the construction field.
- You bring at least 6 years of proven experience in planning, realization, and project management of large and complex construction projects and renovations on the client side.
- You have very good communication skills and pronounced negotiation skills.
- You think entrepreneurially, are numerically inclined, and convince with your demeanor towards planners, architects, authorities, and specialists.
- You enjoy cross-departmental collaboration and bring high social competence.

5 weeks vacation, 6 weeks from age 50. The public holidays of the city of Zurich apply. Before Good Friday, Ascension Day, Christmas, and New Year, work is only done until noon.
