Nursing Expert / Head of Nursing and Development 80 – 100%
you bring a broad competence profile and apply your expertise practically. As a member of the management team, you work closely with quality assurance.
You recognize professional needs and trends, actively shape development areas, and influence the direction of the core services. Professional exchange within the Spitex Association Thurgau supports your work.
Your tasks
- Ensuring high-quality, professionally correct nursing services
- Leading the Core Services Committee, moderating professional discussions and case reviews
- Building, coordinating, and supporting internal specialist groups
- Gathering input, advising, and supporting nursing teams
- Promoting the continuous professional development of all employees
- Initiating, developing, implementing, and evaluating concepts, standards, and guidelines
- Planning and conducting internal training and further education
- Strengthening a client-centered nursing culture
Your profile
- MScN Nursing / Nursing Expert MScN or MAS Nursing, ideally with CAS Palliative Care
- Broad practical professional experience that you competently and on equal footing contribute
- Leadership experience as well as interest in strategic and organizational issues
- Sound knowledge of evidence-based practice, nursing development, and quality management
- Very good German skills and pronounced conceptual abilities
- High social and communication skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
