Your tasks:
- Managing calendars with appointment scheduling
- Organizing meetings & events
- Booking travel and managing expense reports
- Writing minutes following meetings and creating presentations
- Creating offers, opening and tracking Purchase Orders (PO & PR)
- Announcing works and communicating to users
- Coordinating activities with service providers
Your profile:
- Excellent presentation
- Diploma from a hotel school is a plus or commercial employee diploma (CFC)
- Organizational skills, autonomy, and great rigor
- Ease in multicultural environments and customer satisfaction oriented
- Excellent level of French and English (minimum C1 level)
- Very good command of IT tools
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Experience in administrative assistance
