To expand the care staff, we are looking for the supplementary school care Glärnisch (from March 2026) and Steinacher (immediately or by arrangement) each a
Care Assistant 38%
Your assignments will take place on three weekdays by arrangement. You work in the annual working time model and have the opportunity to earn additional vacation days (6th or 7th week) by working during holiday care.
What to expect from us
You accompany children aged 4 to 12 during lunchtime, actively shape everyday life with them, and contribute your ideas to leisure activities. You support the team with various tasks and are there where help is needed.

- Openness, commitment, and a respectful approach
- Team spirit, resilience, and composure even in challenging situations
- Spontaneity and willingness to step in at short notice if needed
A professional qualification is not required. More important to us is a reliable, warm personality who enthusiastically integrates into the team and treats children with respect and empathy.
