Main tasks
Support and development of existing customers
Sales and potential development
Quality and service control
CRM management
- Building and maintaining long-term, trusting business relationships
- Regular telephone and personal contact with existing customers
- Analysis of consumption and sales data to identify growth potential
- Proactive advice on assortments, machines, and services
- Preparation of offers and customer presentations
Sales and potential development
- Responsibility for budget, sales development, and action planning
- Negotiation of prices and commercial terms
- Increase in sales of refill products (coffee, snacks, beverages)
- Cross- and upselling of machines, additional modules, and services
- Execution of contract renewals and condition adjustments
Quality and service control
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Preparation of customer analyses and reports
- Close coordination with technical, logistics, and internal sales departments
- Recording, coordinating, and following up on customer concerns
- Optimization and further development of vending machine locations
CRM management
- Experience in field sales, ideally in FMCG, coffee, or vending environment
- Strong skills in relationship management and needs identification
- Good commercial understanding and strong affinity for numbers
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Solution-oriented personality with a pronounced service mindset
- Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
Education
- Completed vocational training
- Further training with a focus on sales is an advantage
Profile
- Experience in the FMCG sector is an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or comparable)
- Very good MS Office skills
- Goal-oriented, structured, and independent working style
- Very good German and French skills, spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
- "Doer" mentality as well as motivation to actively contribute to the company's success and grow with the company
