Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for recruiting new employees, ensuring the entire operational recruitment process, and guaranteeing a successful Talent Acquisition service with a positive candidate experience
- Participating in projects and initiatives for the continuous development of recruiting and onboarding processes is part of your daily work
- You specifically address potential candidates and continuously develop the applicant pool
- You are the contact person for various internal and external stakeholders, including job agencies, recruiters, and platform providers
Your strengths
- A completed commercial training with HR-specific further education or an equivalent qualification and 1 - 2 years of experience in recruiting specialists and executives is required
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in German and speak fluent French and English (at least B2 level)
- High flexibility, quick adaptability, and an open mindset towards changes and optimizations characterize you
- Your IT affinity in dealing with recruitment systems and social media applications distinguishes you; experience with Workday is an advantage
- Market-oriented base salary
