Tasks
- Leadership of an on-call service (group)
- Responsible for service organization and operational tasks
- Personnel management, promotion, and qualification of directly subordinate employees
- Co-responsible for achieving the corps and department goals of the subordinate group
- Participation or leadership of working groups / expert committees as well as networking with other services, partner organizations, and municipalities
- Performing operations, including on-call duty
- Recognizing innovations and promoting process optimization
Expectations
- Completed training as a police officer with several years of professional and practical experience
- Successfully completed leadership training FLG I or willingness to complete it within the scope of the activity
- Leadership experience, preferably several years
- Resilience, interpersonal skills, and structured time management
- Proficient in handling standard IT programs and police specialist applications for efficient work processes
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as additional oral foreign language skills are an advantage
- Confident, well-groomed, and exemplary appearance
