Are you ready to actively shape Finnova's content positioning and make visible the topics that move our industry? In our marketing and communications environment, you develop content that provides orientation, sparks discussions, and creates impact – both internally and externally. As Content & Newsroom Manager, you lead our newsroom, set the topic agenda, and ensure that our messages reach the right target groups at the right time. You combine strategic thinking with operational implementation and develop formats that position Finnova as a relevant player in the banking and technology environment. You are passionate about...

  • Responsibility for content, topic management, and storytelling across all channels (internal & external)
  • Leading and further developing the newsroom as well as managing the topic agenda along the corporate strategy
  • Developing and implementing content formats with a focus on LinkedIn and thought leadership
  • Translating market, product, and company topics into clear narratives and consistent communication
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and management to position relevant topics

  • with your several years of experience in content creation, communication, or editing – ideally in the B2B, finance, or technology environment
  • if you have experience in building and managing a newsroom or comparable content structures
  • if you are confident on LinkedIn and can deliberately build thought leadership
  • if you think strategically, enjoy implementing at the same time, and have a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • if you have a good sense for relevant topics and target group-appropriate communication
  • if you can express yourself clearly both orally and in writing (German and English)
