About the job
The Neuhaus Foundation in Wängi, with around 130 employees, is one of the important employers in the region. In our residential and nursing center, 80 people find a home. True to our motto "Cared-for living in old age," the well-being of the residents is our focus. Area of responsibility:
- Planning, implementation, and documentation of individual and group offers tailored to the needs and resources of the residents
- Support and accompany residents in maintaining and further developing their skills in various areas
- Participation in planning and organizing events as well as attending special events in everyday home life
We expect:
- You have completed training as a specialist in everyday design/activation (e.g., LeA, FaB) and have experience working with elderly people
- You are a resilient, reliable, and independent personality with a good sense of humor, team spirit, and flexibility
- You have excellent organizational skills and confident knowledge of common computer programs
- You are characterized by your communication skills and high social competence and gladly represent the institution externally
- You are willing to work on weekends if needed
