Responsibilities
Position Goal:
Strategic development of international markets with a focus on GCC countries and high-potential regions such as India, Asia, and South America. Expansion of the partner network and excellent support throughout the entire patient journey.
Main Tasks:
- Market & Revenue Development: Implementation of market entry strategies and acquisition of international patients (B2C) as well as strategic partners (B2B)
- Market Analysis: Research and evaluation of target markets, competition, and regulations
- Inbound Inquiries: Handling incoming patient inquiries from initial contact to aftercare
- Network Maintenance: Strengthening partner relationships, promoting referral marketing, and representing cereneo at events
- CRM & Internal Collaboration: Seamless documentation and coordination with internal teams
What You Should Bring
- Experience: At least 5 years in sales & business development, preferably in medical tourism or HNW client support
- Skills: Success in international sales, market analysis, knowledge of GCC culture & health regulations
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic & English (MUST), German & other languages are an advantage
- Personality: Intercultural sensitivity, strategic thinking, willingness to travel (approx. 50%), independent and structured working style
