Main tasks

Responsible for handling and coordinating complex surveillance cases of institutes subject to LEFin/LPCC in the areas of case management and intensive surveillance
Preparation of files for possible escalation to Enforcement and/or recovery and resolution
Coordination and collaboration with regular supervision, other relevant internal FINMA units, as well as foreign supervisory authorities
Ensuring the appropriate use of FINMA's supervisory instruments, including conducting on-site interventions within the framework of case management or intensive surveillance
Handling complex surveillance issues and conducting thematic analyses
Contributing to the positioning of the Asset Management area on regulatory policy issues as well as the continuous development of supervision
Participation and coordination in working groups and internal committees

Required profile

University degree (law or economics) as well as federal certified public accountant diploma
Extensive professional experience in compliance / risk management or auditing of financial service providers and collective investment schemes
Excellent conceptual, analytical and communication skills
Ability to analyze quickly, autonomy, strong sense of planning and organization
Very high level of commitment, initiative and intrinsic motivation
Excellent knowledge of French or German (C2), good knowledge (B2) of the other language as well as very good knowledge of English (C1)
Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
