- Responsible for handling and coordinating complex surveillance cases of institutes subject to LEFin/LPCC in the areas of case management and intensive surveillance
- Preparation of files for possible escalation to Enforcement and/or recovery and resolution
- Coordination and collaboration with regular supervision, other relevant internal FINMA units, as well as foreign supervisory authorities
- Ensuring the appropriate use of FINMA's supervisory instruments, including conducting on-site interventions within the framework of case management or intensive surveillance
- Handling complex surveillance issues and conducting thematic analyses
- Contributing to the positioning of the Asset Management area on regulatory policy issues as well as the continuous development of supervision
- Participation and coordination in working groups and internal committees
- University degree (law or economics) as well as federal certified public accountant diploma
- Extensive professional experience in compliance / risk management or auditing of financial service providers and collective investment schemes
- Excellent conceptual, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to analyze quickly, autonomy, strong sense of planning and organization
- Very high level of commitment, initiative and intrinsic motivation
- Excellent knowledge of French or German (C2), good knowledge (B2) of the other language as well as very good knowledge of English (C1)
- Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
