What you will do

- Oversee and manage the end-to-end international moving process
- Act as the primary point of contact for transferees, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Deliver pre-move briefings to relocating employees
- Communicate and clarify client policy terms with assignees
- Serve as the main liaison for HR partners and moving suppliers
- Maintain accurate records and manage case files
- Initiate and oversee third-party services selected from our supplier network
- Source and compare rates, select suppliers, and manage cost projections
- Oversee profit and loss management for each move
- Ensure timely, KPI-aligned invoicing and reporting
- Manage first-level escalations, resolving issues with professionalism
- Uphold consistently high levels of client satisfaction
What will you bring to the role

- Previous experience international household goods moving
- Strong understanding of industry terminology and logistics
- 5+ years in a customer service-focused role (preferably in the relocation/moving sector)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
- Ability to manage own workload under pressure
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Proactive, professional and client-focused attitude
