About the job
Your chance to help shape the future of the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Hagendorn (HZH). We support and promote children and adolescents with cognitive impairments or complex multiple disabilities. As a member of the management team, you will significantly influence the strategic direction and further development of the Special Education Competence Center.Together with the Finance Managing Director, you will take a seat in the management team for the area of operational processes (HR, support services, finance, and administration). Your expertise in personnel and organizational development flows directly into the strategic management of the institution. In close collaboration with the extended management team as well as internal and external experts, you develop effective solutions that strengthen the HZH in the long term and make it future-proof, always with a view to the overarching purpose and our strategy.
Your Tasks
- Co-shaping the overall strategy of the HZH and the strategic organizational goals
- Managing and supporting the department heads in organizational development and quality assurance processes
- Conceptual and operational further development of modern organizational, leadership, and work models
- Responsibility for competence, talent, and succession management as well as the strategic strengthening of employer attractiveness
- Strategic and operational responsibility for the employee life cycle in collaboration with the operational HR team
- Leading culture- and development-oriented projects as well as further developing occupational health management
- Promoting co-constructive collaboration with high employee participation
Your Profile
- Professional or university degree with qualified advanced training in HR
- Several years of leadership experience in a strategic HR or organizational development function
- Solid experience in change management and transformation processes
- Strong consulting, coaching, and communication skills
- Willingness to contribute operationally alongside strategic leadership and take responsibility along the employee life cycle
- Integrative leadership personality with value-oriented attitude
