About the job
Investor Relations Officer, you are responsible for managing, developing, and animating the Swissroc Club investor community. This role combines investor relations, business development, and community management. It is a high-impact position in a growing structure, offering direct access to premium real estate projects and a network of selected private investors.
The Swissroc Club subsidiary was launched at the beginning of 2026 with the goal of managing and developing the group's digital investment platform and creating a community of long-term engaged investors.
Main Missions
1. Investor Relations
– Be the dedicated contact point for each member, from onboarding to membership renewal
– Support members in their journey on the digital platform: onboarding, KYC procedure, electronic signature, subscription follow-up
– Understand investors' wealth objectives and adapt the relationship accordingly
– Respond rigorously and pedagogically to questions related to projects, transaction structuring, and the platform
– Maintain a high measured satisfaction level: renewal rate, member loyalty, volume of investment deployed
2. Prospecting and Conversion
– Take charge of following up incoming prospects and actively manage the conversion funnel until membership
– Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and tailor the message to each prospect's wealth profile and motivations
– Present the Swissroc Club, its opportunities, and value proposition convincingly, both orally and in writing
– Follow up with prospects methodically and persistently, maintaining a high level of relational quality
– Achieve monthly targets for new converted members and committed investment volume
– Bring and develop your own network of private investors; the ability to generate incoming opportunities is a differentiating asset
– Ensure rigorous lead tracking in the CRM and contribute to continuous improvement of the prospect journey
3. Presentation of Investment Opportunities
– Present the real estate projects offered on the platform clearly and convincingly
– Explain the investment strategy, expected returns, liquidity horizons, and associated risks
– Support investors in their subscription decisions by ensuring understanding of the conditions of each transaction
– Contribute to preparing presentation materials and project sheets intended for members
4. Community Management
– Participate in organizing member events: evenings, webinars, site visits, meetings with project teams
– Help create a strong sense of belonging around the Swissroc Club by highlighting privileged access to assets and a select network
– Collect member feedback and report internally to improve the experience and offering
5. Internal Collaboration
The position holder works primarily with the team dedicated to the Swissroc Club, under the responsibility of Quentin Stampfli, Project Manager. He or she also collaborates with group subsidiaries involved in structuring the real estate transactions offered on the platform, as well as with support functions: administrative, legal, and marketing.
The position is initially offered part-time (50–60%), with possible future increase in activity rate. Freelance/independent profiles are preferred. Occasional presence at Swissroc offices in Plan-les-Ouates is required.
