KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Ensures effective and efficient management of goods and equipment
- Ensures management for production line covering a combination of different technologies – bottling lines for Sparking Soft Drinks and Raw Material Warehousing or Aseptic lines or r-PET production (the decontamination unit & PET lines injection)
- Ensures that all production personnel follow the requirements for Housekeeping and Good Manufacturing practices
- Actively participates and ensures the implementation of infrastructure and process optimization projects in Production
- Effectively review and analyze performance standards
- Develop business plans to improve productivity and set targets to streamline costs
- Responsible for the implementation of Lean Manufacturing (Performance Management, Quick Changeover - SMED, Problem Solving – Kaizen, TeaMaintenance meaning Autonomous Maintenance & 5S, ODP – Operators Development Program)
- Effective management of polarities e.g. Lean vs. Agile
- Develop tailored made program for sustaining and/or improving Engagement within Production
- Oversee the production yields of CO2, N2, concentrate, sweeteners (sugar and fructose), PET yield, r-PET yield and other tertiary packaging materials
- Oversee the optimization program for sustainable reduction of specific water and energy consumption.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with the team, internal customers, institutions, colleagues, suppliers (Maintenance, Quality Insurance, Warehouse, Productions Planning), Contractors employed for different Production Services
- Ensure the application of all Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety policies
Are these your secret ingredients?
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Manufacturing)
- 5 years of work experience in Production or Maintenance Management (food / beverage OR plastics injection industry, are a plus)
- Proven expertise in People Management
- Organizational knowledge in the bottling industry: Planning, Production, Quality, Environment, Engineering, Health, and Safety
- Experience in executing projects, such as annual maintenance planning
- Understanding the financial impact on decision-making
- Ability to select and evaluate frontline managers
- The ability to translate the business strategy into the department's action plan
- Advanced level of English
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office suit
- Ability to set management performance standards of great integrity
- Ability to lead and manage change
