Your activities
The selected person will spend half of their mandate as webmaster of the database of the project "Editing Poetry in French-speaking Switzerland", listing about one hundred representative entries of editions, journals, and performances of poetry published in French-speaking Switzerland from 1900 to the present day.
They will create the database, coordinate it, and manage its online publication.
They will manage the editorial layout of the "Editing Poetry in French-speaking Switzerland" catalog as well as the proceedings of a conference, and their online publication.
For the other half of their mandate, they will conduct research activities for the project: they will write a number of database entries, as well as a number of catalog notices.
They will also participate in the conference and its proceedings.
Your profile
PhD in Letters in digital humanities or French literature or equivalent degree (degree obtained at the time of entry into function).
Candidates are expected to specialize in digital humanities or have excellent knowledge in the field of computer science applied to French literature, as well as advanced knowledge in the fields of modern and contemporary French-language poetry, particularly in French-speaking Switzerland.
