- Technical and direct supervision of participating skilled workers
- Documentation of relevant order data and customer information
- Recording of condition data for protocol creation
- Feedback from customers to the dispatch department
Requirements
- Basic training in a skilled trade (ideally sanitary, civil engineering)
- Several years of professional experience (preferably in channel maintenance)
- Good understanding of demanding technical processes and innovations
- Experience in independent execution of orders
- Good German language skills in writing and speaking
- Proficient in using modern communication tools and devices
- Driver's license category C/CE
