What you will do here
- Participate in invoicing and dunning
- Take main responsibility for VAT accounting and sales reconciliation as well as support in assessing complex VAT issues
- Collaborate on monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and ensure master data maintenance in SAP
- Manage the telephone and electronic hotline, answer questions about financial accounting, and advise our customers accordingly
- Supervise commercial apprentices in the role of practical trainer
What you ideally bring with you
- Commercial or comparable training with further education in accounting (e.g., accounting clerk)
- Very good SAP and MS Office skills (especially Excel), strong affinity for technical solutions, and several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Cheerful, independent, team-oriented personality with precise and efficient working style as well as high customer and service orientation
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing, oral French skills are an advantage
