Your tasks
- You manage vehicle reservations in German, French, and English and competently support our customers with all their concerns
- You receive damage and accident reports, forward them for further processing, and provide information about invoices
- You care about advising on our diverse product portfolio as well as comprehensive support for all questions regarding vehicle use
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or training as a customer dialogue specialist
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in a comparable environment
- German or French is your mother tongue, and you have very confident oral language skills in the other language. You speak English at level B2; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- You are enthusiastic about telephone customer contact, convince with your strong customer orientation and quick comprehension – and are ready to work flexibly in shifts from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00
