Your Tasks

Professional responsibility for the accounting of Ernst Schweizer AG and its subsidiaries
Managing the general ledger and asset accounting including reconciliation
Ensuring correct and efficient financial accounting (including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, assets)
Preparation of periodic financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER, consolidated financial statements, and annual financial statements according to OR/Swiss GAAP FER
Consolidation
Liquidity planning and active cash management
Further development and optimization of financial processes (efficiency improvement, digitization)
Professional contact person for internal and external parties (audit, banks, authorities)
Participation in projects (process improvements, ERP development)
Module responsibility for the finance module in the ERP system (proAlpha)
Monitoring compliance with credit limits, payment and collection measures
Preparation of VAT returns (CH/AT/DE) including annual sales reconciliation

Your Profile

Further education in finance with a federal diploma/professional certificate or business economist (m/f/d) FH/HF or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in industry or construction
Solid knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and OR
Very good IT skills (ERP, Excel)
Fluent German
French and/or English advantageous
Analytical, structured and independent working style
High personal responsibility, reliability and quality awareness
Team-oriented, communicative personality with strong social skills
