CONTACT, Foundation for Addiction Support, offers services in the field of harm reduction. Its goal is to reduce the risks and negative consequences of substance use for those affected and society. CONTACT is oriented towards the Four-Pillar Model of Swiss addiction policy.

Employee Administration, 80%
CONTACT Work offers people with substance use problems and psychosocial difficulties supervised workplaces and daily structure. CONTACT Work Construction Painting Gardening carries out construction master work, painting and plastering work, gardening and maintenance.
Your tasks are:
- Reception of clients / telephone operation
- Management of client administration: electronic client files, data entry, payroll sheets, payment and monthly closing of client wages
- Cash register management and monthly closing of the cash register
- Accounting tasks: preparation of accounts receivable for accounting, sending accounts receivable invoices, accounts receivable dunning, preparation/entry of accounts payable, preparation/entry of offers
- Support for the Head of Offer in all administrative matters and budget control, general administrative tasks
- Mutual representation with the Administration Employee CONTACT Work Wood+Textile
You bring with you:
- Training as a commercial clerk EFZ
- Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Good IT skills (MS Office, Abacus)
- Interest in working with people with addiction problems
- Ability to work focused in a lively environment
- Independent and flexible working style
