- Organize and supervise the execution of various accounting tasks within the Finance & Services sector
- Lead a team
- Ensure monitoring and proper functioning of the internal control system
- Perform interim and final closings
- Prepare monthly reporting and controls
- Develop the annual budget and 5-year financial planning
- Prepare the annual operating analytical statement and budget
- Prepare and account for inventories
- Prepare tax declarations (VAT, withholding tax, direct taxes)
- Perform the closing of the collection center, including settlements with producers
- Manage investments
- Contribute to the preparation of the management report
- Present the accounts at the general assembly.
- Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent training
- Proven experience in a similar position, ideally within an SME
- Experience in team management
- Autonomous, flexible person with a strong sense of organization
- Team spirit, practical sense, good analytical skills and communication ease
- Comfortable with IT tools, especially Microsoft Office and Sage
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector: an asset
- Good knowledge of German: a plus.
