Your Tasks
- Accompanying and supporting our residents in practical life skills
- Promoting the participation of our residents in community and social life
- Supporting the development and maintenance of social contacts and skills
- Conducting daily and weekly structured activities, psychosocial care
- Creating individual support plans
- Documenting the services provided
- Taking on organizational tasks
- Participating in team meetings, supervisions, overall/support plan discussions, and further training
Your Profile
- Completed training in curative education nursing, alternatively in pedagogy or occupational therapy
- Experience working with people with severe and very severe mental illnesses and forensic patients is desirable
- Appreciative attitude and resident-oriented approach to work
- Creativity, teamwork, ability to reflect, flexibility, and commitment
- Strong social skills and communication skills
- Independent and reliable way of working
