Internal Sales / Administration (m/f/d)

Position:

• Internal Sales / Administration (m/f/d)
• Area: Steel doors, functional doors, industrial gates
• Workplace: Wettingen, Switzerland

Your tasks:

• Support of the sales team and field service in administrative tasks
• Creation and processing of offers for door and gate systems
• Order processing and coordination with production and logistics
• Telephone customer advice and support, including specialist dealers and partners
• Support in technical and commercial clarifications
• Maintenance of customer and project data in the internal system
• General administrative tasks in the sales area
• Close cooperation with field service, project management and internal departments

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in internal sales, ideally in the construction supply sector
• Technical understanding in the door, gate or metal construction sector is an advantage
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• High service and customer orientation
• Very good knowledge of German, English and French skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and common IT systems
