Production Operator
who will support us in the active ingredient production area at the St. Gallen site.
YOUR TASKS:
- Manufacturing of raw materials, intermediates, and active ingredients as well as packaging of pharmaceuticals
- Operating production equipment according to standard procedures and cGMP requirements
- Monitoring equipment performance and adjusting settings within the scope of competencies
- Entering data for process control and supporting investigations
- Ensuring safe and timely production while adhering to quality standards
- Performing cleaning and in-process controls according to valid SOPs
- Supporting continuous improvement of operational processes
- Responsibility for correct labeling of produced products
YOUR PROFILE: For this position, we are looking for a responsible and independent person with the following profile:
- Completed training in the field of food, pharmaceuticals, or chemistry
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing companies
- Solid knowledge of GMP guidelines or manufacturing processes in a regulated environment
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility
- Teamwork skills and willingness to cooperate
- Familiarity with basic GMP concepts, ideally complemented by knowledge in Lean / Six Sigma
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- English skills are an advantage
- Good IT skills (ERP, operating systems, office programs)
- Willingness for internal and external further training
