Your tasksYou share leadership responsibility with your team colleague (50%) in the marketing department. You work in job sharing and jointly bear responsibility for various decision-making/coordination processes.
- Co-Team Leader Marketing, responsible for two employees in the area of online marketing/media design
- Management and coordination of marketing projects with internal and external partners
- Co-responsibility for the strategic development of our brand
- Further development of our digital platforms (website, intranet, apps)
- Conceptualization and strategic implementation of social media, online campaigns as well as SEO/SEA
- Conceptualization and implementation of print and digital media according to corporate design
- Conceptualization and development of image and video content
What you bring
- Completed training in media design/digital marketing (e.g., Mediamatiker/in EFZ, online marketing manager)
- Leadership experience at team level
- Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is an advantage
- Several years of experience in online marketing (social media, campaigns, SEO/SEA)
- Understanding of technical basics and content management systems
- Sense for visual communication, brand management, and storytelling
- Experience in producing image and video content
- Project management experience and organizational talent
- Independent, structured working style, high quality standards, flexibility
- Team spirit and drive to achieve something together
