IN4OUT AG is a Swiss IT service provider focused on Microsoft solutions, Modern Workplace, and Managed Services. Our focus is on services rather than products. To further strengthen our market position, we are looking for a committed marketing professional (40%) who will structure, further develop, and take our marketing to the next level with us.
Your tasks
- Development of a marketing strategy including annual and campaign planning
- Creation of marketing concepts and positioning measures
- Organization & coordination of content for website, social media (especially LinkedIn), newsletter, print materials
- Collecting and preparing content from specialists
- Maintenance and further development of our CRM
- Planning and support of events and occasions for our customers
- Continuous optimization of our external impact and customer journey
- Active role in expanding our brand presence as a Microsoft Solution Provider
Important: You do not produce everything yourself. You manage, plan, and bring the right people together.
What you bring
- Education/experience in marketing or communication
- Experience with B2B marketing, ideally in the IT environment
- Understanding of topics such as AI, Cloud, Modern Workplace, or Managed Services (or motivation to quickly familiarize yourself)
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools
- Structured, independent work & hands-on mentality
- Enjoyment in building and further developing marketing processes
- Ability to convey technical content understandably
